Toni's chocolate glaze

Iv used this glaze for coating cakes and brownies.. its more stable then chocolate ganche that can sometimes crack.

Toni’s chocolate glaze


  • 1#10.5oz butter
  • 2#10.25oz semi sweet chocolate
  • 7.5oz hot water
  • 4oz corn syrup


  1. 1.melt butter and chocolate together over a double boiler.
  2. 2. add hot water and corn syrup
  3. This glaze is best used the following day. Keep in refrigerator .Warm it up by melting it in the microwave.
