A friend of mine gave me this recipe. It is a favorite in her house.

Pea-Pickin Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges with juice
  • Filling:
  • 1 lg. container of cool whip
  • 1 vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 small can crushed with juice

Instructions

  1. Mix well and put in 3- greased round layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done (20-25 minutes). Invert to cooling racks and cool.
  2. Filling:Mix through. Spread between layers and on top. Refrigerate overnight.
