This is a good, easy recipe for Royal Icing

Simple Royal Icing

Ingredients

1 13 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbls. Egg white powder
2 Tbls. Water

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and beat for 4-5 min. Add more water to thin.

I am guessing that this recipe is 1 and 1/3 cups of powdered sugar

1 1/3 c of powdered sugar is right. Glad I tried this, it is the perfect amount of Royal icing... Just enough to fill a decorating bag.

DO i have to use powder for the eggs or can i use egss
