Milk Chocolate Paste

Let cure over night.
Use to cover cakes, make roses, or mold shapes.

Milk Chocolate Paste


  • 1 lb. 12 oz. Milk Chocolate
  • 7 oz. Glucose
  • 3 1/2 Tbs. Water


  1. Warm chocolate to 105 Degrees.
  2. Warm glucose slightly, add to chocolate and mix well, add water.
  3. Place in plastic bag and let cure over night to become solid.
  4. Kead and use.
