Cherry Cake with real cherries


  • 1 (15-ounce) can Bing cherries in heavy syrup
  • 1 box white cake mix (pudding added)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon red liquid food coloring


  1. Preheat oven to 325. Whisk together all ingredients by hand until well combined. Pour into a greased and floured 13×9-inch pan. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
