Cookie Cakes

Incredibly easy little cakes that can be made using your favorite cookie! I used my favorite but feel free to substitute any cookie, any pudding, and any flavor frosting.

Cookie Cakes


  • 5 Pillsbury RTB White Chunk Macadamia Nut Cookies
  • 2-3 Snack Packs of Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 Tub of Vanilla Frosting


  1. Prepare cookies according to package directions and let cool. Dab serving plate with a little frosting and place first cookie flat side down. Top with a 1-2 tablespoons of pudding. Add next cookie and continue layering until you have used 4-5 cookies. Do not put pudding on top cookie. Carefully frost your stack of cookies (Pipe it on if you like). Cover and refrigerate overnight. Very yummy!
