These are a great snack for any time of the year!!
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup rolled oats
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350*. Cream together the butter and sugars. Blend the egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingrediants until well blended. Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
