Tellow Sponge cake

This is the easies sponge cake to make that never fail, tastes and looks great .


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla powder


  1. Seperate yolk from egg white. Beat the egg white with half cup of sugar until fluffy and white , then beat the egss with the other half cup of sugar, mix the mixtures together and add 1 cup of flour and mix witha a wooden spatula. Add the vanila powder.. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake on top of the oven, on very low heat , for 40 minutes/untill the smell starts spreading around
    . this cake can also be made inside the oven, but it turns out so fluffy and light when baked on top of the oven… and it never fails .
