Bailey's Irish Cream

One of my most favorite and most ordered cakes. It’s Ooooo so yummy! SINFUL (~.~)


  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3.9 oz Instant chocolate pudding
  • 3/4 c Oil
  • 1/8 c Water
  • 1/4 c Vodka
  • 6 TBSP Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 4 Eggs


  1. 1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, vodka, liqueur and eggs in bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350~F 40 to 50 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and cool completely.

Wow I make a cake just like this but use Kahlua instead of Vodka with a filling of whipped cream, cream cheese, choc pudding and Baileys.


I woud like to know if this can be used as a tiered cake, also if you know how to make a buttercream frosting that is baileys flavored that still can be used to decorate cakes like roses, and could you flavor fondant with baileys and how. I once lived in MS and always ordered a baileys irish cream sheet cake it was so good and the flavor was incredible the cake and the frosting were both made from baileys. Since then I have lived in four states and have not yet found one bakery to make this same cake. Another question I have is about what color does it turn out to be the one I have had before was a very light tan color absolutelyu beautiful and elegant.


I too am wondering if this can be used in pans other than a bundt pan? Cupcakes? And do you have a suggestion for a buttercream that would work rather than the glaze? Thanks so much!! :)
