a twist on an all time fav!! every time i go somewhere i’m asked to bring these~ very good and very easy to make:)

Ingredients

3 packs of mini pie shells (they come 6 to a pack)
cookie sheet (if desired)
1 box of fav brownie mix
bag of mini marshmallows (i use jet puff)
bag of choc chips

Instructions

turn oven on according to brownie mix directions
mix your brownie mix according to its directions (but do not bake just yet)
put pie shells on cookie sheet
pour brownie mix into pie shells so they are 2/3 full
bake brownie “pies” until almost done (use toothpick) aprox 10-12 min.
add mini marshmallows and choc chips to tops of each “pie”
*you can add as many or as few as you like~ i like to as as many as i can fit
bake another 5-6 min, until brownies are done (using toothpick method)
marshmallows should be gooey and tosted and choc chips should be just a little melted but still able to tell they are choc chips.
let cool for just a few min~ but don’t wait too long!! the warmer they are, the better they are:) hope you enjoy!!

These were a big hit! I thought I was going to have some left over, but I was very, very wrong (= They were the perfect size and they were soooo yummy! I will be making these again and again. Thanks for the recipe.
