pineapple cheesecake

i got this recipe from a friend at beauty college it’s really good


  • 1 soft creamcheese
  • 1 premade graham cracker crust
  • 1 can drained crushed pineapple in heavy syrup *reserve about 1 tbsp of juice *
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • (optional) sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 can whip cream or 1 tub cool whip
  • 1 pack unflavored gelatin to be mixed with 1 tb pineaple juice


  1. in large bowl, beat cheese with sugar
    add drained pineapple and whip cream or cool whip mix again
    then mix gelatin with reserved juice and stir if too lumpy place in microwave about 10 seconds
    let gelatin cool a bit then add to mixture
    add mixture to crust and chill in freezer or fridge oh almost forgot
    add coconut flakes to the top of this cheesecake if you like
