My 10Th Anniversery
My 10th anniversery cake. I decided to make my own anniversery cake. I couldn't find comma pans so I made 1 round chocolate cake and 1 round vanilla cake and cut out as Yin & Yang to stack and make into a two layer. I collect the angels so I used a mother and son, father and son and husband and wife angel to include the whole family. The gumpaste flowers were purchased. Cake was covered in buttercream and then vanilla fondant (Satin Ice).
World Barbie Collection Doll Cakes
these were my 1st fondant cakes and my 1st doll cakes! one was strawberry the other chocolate and vanilla layered. both filled with buttercream and "dressed" like they were before we disrobed them. They were for my neice's birthday. One for the family party and one for her Princess party. I embossed the fondant with clay embossing sheets.

Golf Tee Cookies
I noticed there were no pics in this gallery, which I though very unfair! I haven't done a cake yet for Father's Day, but these cookies were a big hit last year. Decorated with rolled fondant and royal icing
