Spring Cake

I copied this off the cake in Good Housekeeping magazine but changed the bunny to two daffodil flowers. It was fun making it. I loved that I had to buy a bag of M&M's for the project and eat the rest that weren't green. :-)

A Christmas Night

I made this cake for a Christmas party an also for a contest in another website. I don't have too much experience, this is the third cake that I've done. Anyway, it's a chocolate cake and the frosting was made with whipped cream, I did some flowers and the leaves with royal icing and some other flowers are artificial, I did the letters in rice paper and it reads "merry Christmas" but in Spanish. Thanks for look at it and let me know if you like it or not.

This was my first cake with tiers. Top layers is french vanilla with bullviarn cream middle, second layer is german choc, with the same cream, 3rd layer is same as the first. I used buttercream icing. This was for my brother and sister-inlaws 3oth annv. this past weekend
