60Th Cake
This cake was a nightmare because the lady wanted to bake the cake herself and she didn't want me trimming it or too much rolled icing on it either. The cake was a VERY chunky fruit cake and as much as I tried to putty it up, it was still bumpy and I ended up having to put a second layer of rolled icing on it. lol she didn't mind in the end. I'd never done sugared roses before so that part was fun.
I thing this turned out just beautiful. I love the color combination and I love how your roses turned out. I have always wanted to try that. This will go into my favs!
