This is a graduation cake I did for my son this month. I took ideas from several pictures in the galleries( Thanks everyone for the idea's). I did a choc cake with mint mousse( found in the recipe section) in between the layers and iced it with chilled ( thanks Antonia ). Tassle was fondant. I also did the cardinal as a FBCT.
