The icing is fondant. The trees and the gingerbread men are gumpaste. It was first time using fondant. The house is a regular gingerbread kit. Got a little sloppy and tired at the end (3am). I'm a little confused on how to do a tier cake. It was my first time for that too. Any advice, tips would be greatly appreciated and encouraged!! Everyone loved it at church so I was pleased.
