Thanks for all your great reviews. On the poinsettias I just cut out my MMF with petal cutters and veined with my spatula. I used a holly cookie cutter for the leaf. I let them dry for about a week then used candy melts to assemble them and stick the fondant balls on. They were still pretty fragile but all edible. The texture sheets I bought from Makins Clay. There are 3 or 4 plastic designs in a package at Michaels for around $4. I let my fondant sit a few minutes before picking it up to put on the cake.
