This is a Carrot Cake with Cream cheese Frosting. The frosting was way too soft to ge the definition I needed and 5 minutes out of the fridge it started to melt all over the place and can you see the grease stain . . . I have learned a lot since this cake of two years ago. The cupcakes are characters on the show and they are topped with white chocolate letters with marshmellow and mini m&m eyes.
