This one was done for my mom's co-worker's son's graduation party. This cake is one of 2 that I did. The diploma is a rolled tuile cookie tied with black ribbon. The 0 and 6 are chocolate. I created the wildcat by transfering the school's mascot logo to a 12-inch cake circle, tracing it, and cutting it out. The paw prints are from a plastic templete that I have from a previous project. I used Wilton black food coloing spray and outlined everything with black tinted Italian meringue buttercream.
