My First Fbct
A last minute birthday cake for my dad. Wanted to try a FBCT - wasn't too hard, but realized I should have put a border around it so it didn't look like it was standing so far off the cake. Spice cake with caramel mousse filling.

WOW! That's an EXCELLENT job on your first FBCT! Lovely cake!
Great job!! You can also put the FBCT on first, then build the icing up around it, so it's not sticking up. Very nice!!
