This is my first attempt at doing a sculptured cake. I did it for my nephew's son's 8th birthday. I used 2 ovals for the head, 9x6 rectangle for the chest and two 6 in squares to fill in shoulders and abdomen. The frosting is buttercream with Americolor's AmeriMist air brush Super Red for the suit.
