It was an order for a fear factor cake. 2 Ice cream layers with a raspberry filling. I put gummy eyeballs and body parts inside the ice cream, then froze while in cake pans. Cake board was too big for side by side, so had to put it in chest freezer. After all decorated, i noticed it was starting to droop. I put it in the chest freezer, but it still kept melting. BIG TIP: Make sure you have a freezer that freezes below 0 degrees F so icecream will be solid. Side by side did, chest didn't.
