My First Wedding Cake
This was my first experience with making a tiered cake. Each tier was a 2 layer yellow cake with buttercream frosting. The roses were fondant, over 40 of them, in 3 shades of pink. I scattered fondant flowers across the empty spaces and then finished it off with a ruffle on the bottom of each tier.
