My first time EVER making anything with fondant. An 18th Birthday cake for a friends daughter. The cake is covered with buttercream and the purse is made from an English Muffin cut in half and covered in fondant. I colored the accent pieces to look like leather. The Happy Birthday is done in the dragee's. She loved it.
