First Attempt At A Fondant Rose
I have a wedding cake order in a few weeks and this is my first fondant rose. Please give me some feedback. I am trying to decide if I should use fondant or real roses on the cake.

FIRST rose??? Great job!! Make sure to start early b/c it IS a lot of work and there's a lot of drying time between stages... you may want to get a styrofoam block or something to hold all of the roses while on their toothpicks - pm me if this doesn't make sense!
