good lord that is perfect. Do you ever have problem with fondant bulges? how do you combat it?
thanks...yes I do have a problem with it. I use my own method called "buttercream paste". It is where you make the wilton 50/50 recipe, but add only half the milk and do not whip! It makes a stiff icing, and keeps the filling from causing a bulge between layers.
