VanillaCake with Cookies n Cream Filling and BC Frosting...WIltons "class" BC recipe is horrible I only followed those directions for the decos the cake is frosted in a BC with some butter actionally in it! Imagine that BC with Butter ;)
I used parchment paper and my large spatula to smooth it. I tried at home but it still wasnt dry enough and got all stuck eww but in class i tried again and waahlah! I was all smiles

You did a nice job. Your icing is so smooth. I never got my icing that smooth on my class cakes.

So did you substitute the Crisco with butter or just add butter?
