This was my sons wedding cake I made for him, he is a Cheesecake lover and did not want a typical wedding cake. It is a White Chocolate Cheesecake with dark chocolate leaves.
Thank you for your comments.To be honest there were a few cracks but they were hidden by the leaves and the border icing ;) I got the cakes onto the board by carefully running a warm spatula around the bottom of the cake and gently sliding it off the base onto the board, also put the base of the springform pan in the pan upside down so the lip is underneath.
