This is a 9" heart. I used white cake, and added 2 tbs. of coffeemate liquid cinnamon hazelnut. It is a very mild but delicious taste. Filled with chocolate mousse, b/c frosting. The ribbon is not edible, and I used a dot of buttercream here and there to keep it in place. This was made for all the outreach volunteers at our church.
