Western Cake
I found this idea here on CakeCentral. I had modified it to be a little different than what this other person had done, but once the lady saw her cake she wanted basically the same thing! UGH - I used Dark Chocolate for the bucking bronco the rest of it is Buttercream. Thank you Cake Central for a WONDERFUL idea!
