Well as I was making it and thinking what I could do it dawned on me to roll out fondant larger then the pan itself. I added a bit of cornstarch to the pan then placed fondant inside. Smooth it out so it can form around the nooks and crannies. I kept the bear in the pan, buttercreamed on side. Then I flipped
opps I then flipped the bear (gently) into the fondant side. So basically the apressure of the bear presses against the fondant. let it sit for a bit and trim edges. Now I start with the other side of the bear and butter cream that. Roll out fondant larger then the pan. I think the back took more fondant. Place in pan then flip bear to otherside. Basically it's two pieces of fondant front and back. If you notice there are cutouts going along the midline of bear. The problem is just seaming them togethe...
