This was a learning project. Turrets are PVC wrapped in RKT and MMF and the bottoms were dipped in chocolate for stability. Tops are ice cream cones dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with edible glitter. I delivered the turrets separately and the customer assembled it the next day. She was very happy with it but I think I will do the turrets out of cake next time. TFL
