2nd birthday cake for a friend's child. Horses are fondant attached to pillars with white chocolate. Top was to be pieces of fondant as in Wilton yearbook but worried about it being transported about 25 miles so used the wonder pan which made it more stable for tranport. Flowers from fondant too.
