This cake was actually for a coworker that really loves Hello Kitty. It was very easy to make and ended up taking very little time. It was a big hit with everyone!

If I may suggest, blow up a print of Kitty's face and use that as a pattern to cut out the head. It'll make it look realistic. That's what I did with mine.
