This was for a band student who plays the sax. Saxophones are white chocolate brushed with gold luster dust , some of the fly away notes are made from fondant. My favorite part is the music on the bottom tier. It really is Happy Birthday - it is musically correct - just don't ask what key 'cause I have always hated music played in sharps
