What can one say. The cake is perfect. WOW!

I did not use a pattern for the snowflakes, I just laid wires on a quarter sheet board covered with plastic wrap, and piped royal icing snowflakes onto the wires. After drying overnight, they should be fairly easy to remove from the plastic-wrapped surface.
