I made this for my train loving son's 3rd birthday. It was pre-cake decorating class, but still turned out pretty cute. The adults ate the main cake (spice with cream cheese icing). I made chocolate mini engine cakes (using mini-pan) for each of the kids. They each had to find their place at the table by looking for their names spelled out by magnetic letters.
