My daughter asked me at the last minute to bake her friend a Sweet 16 birthday cake. Luckily, I already had 2 rounds baked. I only had 90 minutes to ice and decorate the cake before her friend was stopping by. The cake is iced in buttercream and decorated with fondant (Satin Ice) accents.
