Purple Practice Cake
Had left over frosting and wanted to practice a few different techniques. Turned out I didn't have enough left over and it wouldn't crust so I ended up covering each tier with left over rolled buttercream. I obviously need to work on my scroll work more but my reverse shell has finally come together.. Spice cake with filled and crumb coated in cream cheese frosting Thanks for looking.
