This cake is wonderful!!! if you don't mind me asking...what leaf tip did you use? I have gotten two orders for jungle theme for the same weekend. I hope you don't mind if I steal your idea!
Not at all!!!! For the border, I used the big leave tip #366. The icing on the bottom is chocolate buttercream, comes nice and dark. If not dark enough, just add more cocoa powder. The top is vanilla buttercream colored green. You can pick any jungle animals, traced them onto wax paper, and then fill with royal icing. Leave the wax paper on and just cut around it. The shape will be less fragil if you leave wax paper attached.
