My husband is a builder so I thought this cake would suit him best. The Happy Birthday message was etched into the concrete slab. The bulk of the decorative figurines are made from modelling paste and sugar paste. The cake is chocolate mudcake covered in sugar paste. And Yes! The bricks were laid individually!
