Mini Wedding Cake
This is a styrofoam dummy mini wedding cake I made at the Mid-Michigan Sugar Art Workshops. It is covered in fondant and decorated with royal icing, fondant butterflies and pearl dust.
Very pretty! Do you know the sizes of the tiers?
I'm not really sure. I think they're around 1.5, 2.5, 3.5. The instructor was Diane Simmons and she cut them herself with a bandsaw!
