Chocolate Roses

Chocolate Roses on Cake Central

These are some roses I made from chocolate plastic. They are so easy & everyone loved them. I made them for our church's annual Ladies Tea.

I love making these kind of roses! They are so fun to do!! I love the smells too!! That's a bonus! Wilton has a recipe called Candy Clay! It's the same thing!

maisza - I used the white in back, then squished a small pc of dark on top of each petal, it was purely by accident!

Thanks for the comments. Chocolate plastic is 16 oz choc (I used semi or white), melted over double boiler. Then add 2/3 c light corn syrup, stir well, pour onto a sheet of plastic wrap & roll it up. Let se overnight, then knead & form desired items. I got the recipe from baking911.com. Very easy!
