This one was lots of fun to make. I wish I had used different sizes for the cakes, then the road could have been wider. Oh well, now I know for the next time. All CBC with fondant accents.
Very cute! I like McQueen on top! I've been wanting to do a cake with the road all the way around - I think yours turned out very nice. What size pans did you use? What size would you do next time?
I used an 8 and a 10 inch round, If I could do it over, I would use an 8 and a 12 so that the road could have been wider around the cake.
