how did you make the shoes and do the design

Thanks everyone :-) The shoes are i 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling. I filled the cakes and started carving! -A lot. When they had the design I wanted, i covedered them in white sugarpaste. I worked after a photo of the shoes, trying to get as many details in place as possible. The puma on the side is made with my sugargun. I paintet with water and attached the blue "ribbon" on. The puma on top of the shoes is painted on with paste color and vodka mixed together.
