Thank you all for the comments. Well the square and circle cake i did the impression mat before applying to cake, the turrets (sp) i did after applying fondant. I would recommend waiting until the fondant is applied, that's what I will do next time. I added 2oz of dark chocolate candy melts to the MMF recipe on this site.
