Ccc
I used the Swiss White Chocolate Cake recipe for the cupcakes and Buttercream Dream for the frosting. I actually wanted to do a musical theme, but ran out of time...a little disappointed as I ended up rushing, but the birthday girl loved it anyway.
I love this! I have been meaning to try a ccc, how hard is it to get a smooth finish on top of all those moving cupcakes?
it is actually quite easy, especially if you can get all your cupcakes levelled. i put a little buttercream on the bottoms of the cupcakes so they don't move while icing or in transit!
This looks great! I like how you've made it long like a banner, sort of. Very very nice!! I'm making a ccc today and better go check the unifority of those lie=ttle suckers. I don't want to level 35 cc's!
