Another view. I am really sure that my pillars were too tall! I should have used shorter ones, but when I do that, it seems that there is no room between cakes! The bride wanted very minimal flowers on the cake. What could I do?? not my favorite.... *sigh

You're kidding right?? with that type of design, the cake looks far too busy if your pillars are short. like said above, they ahve to be tall to show off the design. awesome job!

Great cake! Don't be negative about your cakes. I would not have though twice about using shorter pillars until I read your description. I know it's easy to only see the flaws but keep in mind that usually no one (unless they are a cake fanatic) notices.
