This is a wedding cake I recently did. It is all white cake except the bottom layer which is chocolate. The layers are doubled and iced in buttercream. I used pink ribbon and fresh roses to trim.

Did you just use rose picks? Are the roses certified organic so that they're free of pesticides? Just want to know for future reference.

Thanks for all the compliments! The bride wanted something VERY simple - so this is what we agreed on. It served around 200 people. The roses were organic but I always wrap all fresh flowers in plastic wrap and then cover with green floral tape regardless. Better safe than sorry!
