Brain
A first and rough attempt at doing this for a woman that wanted a "brain cake". She is a psychology professor at a university here. Most unusual request to date but was fun to do. I am no anatomy expert! :) Cake was strawberry cream with strawberry filling and strawberry buttercream. No gray coloring, she didn't want gross. :) "Brainwaves" are the border.

I stared at a few pictures for a really long time. :lol: I used a tip 12 to make the "folds".
